Thanks for stopping by. My name is Candice and I am the Photographer behind Old Country Road Photography.

I started my journey as a Photographer shooting landscapes. I would drive for hours down country roads taking pictures of anything that grabbed my attention. I still love going out and shooting beautiful scenery, however portrait work is where my heart is. I love telling a story through photographs. The connection with people and hearing about their stories is why I love what I do. 

I love photography for many reasons but by far my favourite is just the way it makes you look at everything a little closer. I love that a photograph can spark an instant emotion, allowing you to go back in time and make you feel that moment all over again. Nothing else in this world has that ability.

My approach is simple. I believe in genuine and meaningful photographs. I want you to remember exactly how life was in those moments.

When I am not taking pictures, I love gardening, walks with my dogs, and spending time with my Husband and three teenage children.
